For ACH Payments:
  • Request a Trace ID from your bank
  • Provide the exact amount and date sent
  • Include the reference/memo used
For Wire Transfers:
  • Request an IMAD (Input Message Accountability Data) from your bank
  • Provide the wire confirmation number
  • Include recipient account details

Processing Times by Method:

ACH Transfers

Next-Day ACH:
  • 1-3 business days to arrive
  • Cutoff: 1:00 PM EST
Same-Day ACH:
  • Same business day arrival
  • Must be sent before 4:00 PM EST

Wire Transfers

Domestic Wires:
  • Same day processing
  • Must be received before 5:00 PM EST
  • Usually arrive within 2-4 hours

Cryptocurrency

Network Confirmations:
  • Ethereum: 12-15 minutes
  • Polygon: 2-3 minutes
  • Bitcoin: 30-60 minutes

Virtual Account FAQs

These questions apply to users utilizing Devdraft’s virtual banking accounts for USD and EUR deposits.
International Transfer Support:Current Capabilities:

Microdeposit Verification:Notification Channels: Microdeposit amounts are sent via:

  • Microdeposits typically arrive within 1 business day
  • Notifications are sent immediately upon receipt

Plaid Verification Code:Code Location: The 3-letter verification code is included in the descriptor of the microdeposit transaction.Where to Find It:

  • Look for the microdeposit transaction (usually 0.010.01-0.99)
  • The code appears in the transaction description/descriptor
  • Format is typically “PLDxxxx” where “xxx” is your code
